Two hours, by the marks
Grade 4 has up to two hours for 75 marks. Give each 10-mark section about 15 minutes, and keys and scales, with 15 marks, about 20. Keep about 10 minutes at the end to check every answer. If a question is taking too long, move on and come back to it.
