Grade 4 key signatures go up to five sharps or flats. B major, D flat major, G sharp minor and B flat minor are new; the rules for naming keys stay the same.

The fifth sharp and the fifth flat

Sharps: F, C, G, D, A
Flats: B, E, A, D, G

Sharps come in the order F, C, G, D, A, and flats B, E, A, D, G. With sharps, the major key is a semitone above the last sharp: five sharps, B major. With flats, it is the second-last flat: five flats, D flat major.
