A patch is a handful of decisions. The same voice becomes a bass, a pad or a pluck by moving a few controls.

Pick a target and shape the voice to match. The checks tick as you get there.

A pluck lives in the envelope: a fast attack, a short decay and no sustain. A pad lives in slow attack and release. A bass lives in a low cutoff, a little resonance and a firm attack.
