Grade 5 adds the tenor clef, a C clef on the fourth line. With it you read four clefs: treble, alto, tenor and bass, each counted from the note it marks.
A C clef on the fourth line
The tenor clef is a C clef on the fourth line: that line is middle C. Its lines, bottom to top, are D F A C E. The cello, bassoon and trombone read it for their high notes.
