Billing
How do I cancel?
Any time. In your account, choose Manage or cancel: your plan stops renewing and works until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Your plan starts straight away. Within 14 days of your first payment or a yearly renewal, email [email protected] and we refund what you paid, less the days you had. If something does not work, write to us any time.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from this page. Moving up starts straight away and you pay only the difference for the time left in your billing period. Moving down starts when your period ends, with nothing to pay today. Had Brainlag Code Premium? Write to [email protected] and we will move you across.
Who handles the payment?
Stripe. Brainlag never sees your card number.
Plans and gifts
Can I buy one printable pack without Plus?
Not yet: single packs open soon. Plus includes all of them.
Can I give Plus to someone?
Yes. Gift months are paid once and never renew, 3 or 12 months. They redeem the code in their own account and it never expires. If you change your mind within 14 days and the code has not been redeemed yet, we refund it in full; once it has been redeemed, the gift has been given.
Who can buy a plan?
Plans are bought by someone 18 or over. A parent or guardian can buy one, or give months as a gift to your own account.
Schools
Can my school pay by invoice?
Yes. A classroom licence is £5 (Brainlag Code), £6 (Brainlag Plus), £6 (Brainlag Music), £9 (Brainlag Ultra) per student a year, at least 10 seats, shared across your classes. Write to [email protected] with your school and the number of seats and we send an invoice.
