Printable dot grid paper

Dots in a square grid guide your hand without the clutter of full lines. Use it for bullet journals, sketches, diagrams, lettering and planning layouts. Join dots for neat boxes and charts, or write between them like lined paper. Choose the spacing, then print at 100% (Actual size).

Dot grid paper gives you the alignment of graph paper without the busy lines. 5 mm is the usual bullet journal spacing. Dots line up for boxes, tables and charts, and fade into the background for writing.

• In the print dialog, set the scale to 100% or Actual size. Fit to page shrinks the page and the spacing with it.
• Choose the same paper size in the print dialog as on this page.
• Turn off headers and footers in the print dialog if your browser adds a date or web address.
• The PDF keeps every line as a vector, so it stays sharp at any zoom and prints the same on any printer.

Is the paper free to use?

Yes. Print as many copies as you like for yourself, your class or your study group.

Why does my printout look slightly smaller?

The print dialog is scaling it. Set the scale to 100% or Actual size and the spacing matches the number you picked.

A4 or US Letter?

A4 (210 x 297 mm) is used in the UK, Europe and most of the world. US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) is used in the US and Canada. Pick the paper that is in your printer. Under Other you will also find A3, A5, A6, B5, US Legal, Tabloid, Executive and Half Letter.

Which colour should I pick?

Light grey and blue sit quietly behind your writing. Print-friendly uses black ink only, which suits photocopying and black and white printers.
